Exercise Ambassadors

All students at my school have the opportunity to become an Exercise Ambassador. To be an Exercise Ambassador students have a variety of options.

1. Teach something we've learned in P.E. (ex. teach mom how to juggle).
2. Encourage someone who is inactive to get active by inviting them to be active with you (ex. ask grandma to go for a walk with you).
3. Explain the importance/benefits of exercise.

After the student has performed one of the options above they have the person they taught write a note to me explaining what the student did to be an Exercise Ambassador. Just a short note with a simple explanation. It does not have to be lengthy but that is up to you.

I take his/her picture and print it out on regular paper (black and white) and post it on the wall in the gym under the Exercise Ambassadors poster.

Very motivating for children to see their picture and it's easy to do!
